The owner of the Belgrave Hotel in Pimlico wanted us to take an overview on how this boutique hotel presented itself to the world. In response we proposed a new design approach across all their internal materials, a new web site and a range of initiatives that would help to describe the hotel’s attention to detail, personal, relationship driven guest services.
We delivered a full set of internal materials including an innovative, branded menu container - the first use of an innovatory paper ‘slate’ board - long lasting, ‘green’ and easy to clean!
Working with LUV has enabled me to focus my time on improving other areas of the business as I trusted them fully with the delivery of creative solutions that catered to our problems. We have developed a great relationship; it feels like working with my friends and I really enjoy working with them.
