From start to finish, we worked with the Tourism Team through each crucial milestone of the website redesign journey, from kick-off meeting to website launch. Here are a few highlights of the new website:
- Cohesive UI design: The established colour palette is now more in line with Thanet District Council’s corporate branding yet the higher quality imagery and graphical elements retain its own fresh and engaging appearance.
- Streamlined navigation: A new mega menu and colour-coded sections make finding support, training, and resources quicker and more efficient.
- Improved user experience: The new modular template system combined with well considered heading structures organises content into easily digestibly sections, making it easier for all target audiences to find what they are looking for.
- Enhanced accessibility: The website is now compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
- Seamless form integration with Gravity Forms: An intuitive and engaging e-newsletter sign-up form to keep the local industry connected.
