A new brand identity and website for Healthcare Design Leadership

Monday 14 November, 2022

We are proud to support Healthcare Design Leadership to create a new brand identity and website.

Who are Healthcare Design Leadership?

Healthcare Design Leadership is a not-for-profit community interest company (CIC) with the purpose of providing training which will empower healthcare leaders to maximise their input in the hospital development process. The training is led by a multi-disciplinary faculty combining clinicians, healthcare planners, architects, contractors and researchers.

Shaping a new brand identity

For the overall brand identity, we took inspiration from the many shapes found within healthcare architecture and combined this with a bright vibrant colour palette to emphasis optimism and positivity.

Our final logo design emphasises a sense of moving ‘up’ and growth with the use of triangular shapes in the icon. This not only represents the development of skills and knowledge that the healthcare leaders will receive through their training, but also the different levels found in an architectural floor plan.

Increasing conversions with a new online presence

Our key challenge was to increase the level of engagement in Healthcare Design Leadership’s selection of courses, optimise conversion rates and increase course enrolment.

We worked together with Healthcare Design Leadership to deliver an information architecture strategy, establish a UX and UI design strategy and develop a new online presence using WordPress CMS.

Throughout the website, we made sure to consider richer content in the form of high quality images, clear signposting and targeted call to actions to help guide users throughout their journey.

Inspired by our brand identity, we designed a set of website guidelines that outlined the use of typography, colours, graphical patterns and imagery to be used across the site.
