Over the last couple of months, we have continued our design support with Walterton and Elgin Community Homes (WECH) by working with them to design and deliver their 2023/24 annual report. Based in Westminster, WECH is a resident-controlled housing association formed in the 1980s when locals rallied against the sale of their homes to private developers.
The community was at the heart of this design brief, and the final design is filled to the brim with many photos and highlights of WECH’s resident engagement throughout the year. It showcases their many successful events over the past year, such as their tree planting and gardening activities that contributed to a greener estate, along with the Summer Festival, which brought residents together for live music, games and activities in the sunshine.
This year’s report combines WECH’s performance, financial health, and key activities over the course of the year with a 12-month 24/25 calendar. This allows residents and stakeholders to track important dates, appointments, and tasks for the upcoming year while reflecting on the community events that shaped the past year.
In addition to photography, we combined the bright green and yellow brand colours with infographics to deliver information and statistics in a visually engaging way throughout the report.
We look forward to continuing our support with WECH across design and digital projects in the future.
