THE BRIEF
During the development of the new Chenies Mews Imaging Centre, we were briefed to produce a range of offline materials, interior graphics and wayfinding system. The interior graphics highlighted the discoveries that were made during the 4 birth cohort studies; as well as the scientific discoveries by UCL professors from 1826 to present day.
The colour scheme is inspired by the wayfinding system for the second floor of the building. Each floor is represented with a different colour theme for differentiation.
OFFLINE MATERIALS
Our key challenge was to increase the number of consultations and MRI scans in Queen Square. We responded by designing a system of template widgets that showcase richer content in the form of high quality images and videos. The insertion of more targeted call to actions helps optimise conversion rates, increasing more bookings.

CONNECTING PATIENTS TO SPECIALISTS
A search functionality allows the user to search by symptom, speciality or name which creates an easier way of connecting patients to the correct specialists.
