Thanet District Council (TDC) is the local government body for the Thanet district. It is one of the district councils in Kent and includes the towns of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. TDC is responsible for providing clear leadership to the community members and continuously improving their delivery of local services via digital and non-digital communication channels. These services include planning, leisure, environmental health, and housing, as well as the provision of social housing and benefits.
We have recently been awarded the reappointment contract by TDC and will continue supporting their holistic digital needs, including improving UX across their customer service products and delivering better value for money and innovation to our design and development approaches. In addition to the above, one of the other goals is to find ways to help the council achieve its Net Zero targets by enhancing or strengthening its digital campaigns and marketing communications.
