Fitzroy Walk Development selects LUV for Wayfinding Design Project

Monday 29 July, 2024

Fitzroy Walk, a unique mixed-use development by UCLH Charity, is a boutique development nestled in the heart of Fitzrovia. The standout feature is the restoration of the historic pedestrian walkway, Bedford Passage, connecting the iconic streets of Cleveland Street and Charlotte Street. The development showcases gated Georgian buildings, meticulously transformed into townhouses, duplex penthouses, and apartments, all set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens.

We are working in collaboration with UCLH Charity, UCLH, and Llewelyn Davies Architects. Our primary focus in implementing an effective signage strategy for Fitzroy Walk and the Community Diagnostic Centre is to enhance user experience and ensure smooth navigation around the residential buildings and clinical facilities located on different levels. A well-functioning signage strategy is expected to facilitate successful navigation for users and patients, improving building functionality and overall journey experiences.

Drawing on our extensive knowledge of user behaviour, we are committed to delivering an intuitive signage strategy for the development’s users and patients, integrating architecture, interiors, and arts strategy to create cohesive and user-friendly navigation.
